Where: Hilton Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport – 3800 American Blvd E, Bloomington, MN 55425
Room Rate: $75 Single or Double includes free wifi in both sleeping & meeting rooms. Additionally, they will provide you a coupon towards a grab-n-go breakfast each morning of your stay.

NOTE: At this time reservation link is only showing king rooms – if you want a double queen – reserve the king for now then email me your reservation confirmation number & we will get it fixed.
Parking & Transportation: Our group has free parking for overnight & visiting guests. Please let the front desk know you are with our group. Free airport shuttle pickups on the 15 every hour from 5:15 am – 11:15 am & 3:15 pm – 10:15 pm. Call (952) 854-2100 ext 2 for specific pickup location depending on your terminal of arrival. Free shuttle from hotel back to airport on the hour 5am-11 am & 3pm – 10pm. They can also arrange transport to the Mall of America.
Meeting Time & Location: “MN Valley Ballroom” – time TBD (but typically 9 am – 6 pm Sat & 9 am – 3 pm Sun). No meals are planned but the venue has a restaurant opening 09/01 for lunch & dinner plus they have grab-n-go available as well.
Friday Event: 4pm to 7pm – Door knocking for Mayoral candidate Chris Klavetter. If he wins, we have a majority LP council. Minnesota is super friendly to door knock. People are very kind. Meet at Chris Klavetter’s house at 4pm (or a bit before) for a quick training and then we knock. Early voting by mail in MN starts on September 17th so this is perfect timing. Address is 500 Interlachen RD, Burnsville, MN. 55306 (Cara will send out info on volunteers who can help pick folks up at the hotel & drop off after the BBQ).
7pm – Cookout at Chris’s house. Food and drinks. His mom is an amazing cook!
8pm – We will have a comedian for entertainment in the back yard.

Saturday Event: 6pm – 8pm – VIP Meet & Greet at the hotel in the Woodlands Room. Beer, wine, soft drinks & light hors d’oeuvres provided. LNC Members (& staff) complimentary. All others suggested donation $75: https://www.lp.org/lncmn/
