Tony Williams is a retired Army Master Sergeant, Vice Chairman of the Caddo Parish Libertarian Party, and community activist running for Justice of the Peace for Ward 3 of Caddo Parish, Louisiana. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Gerontology Nursing, Master of Arts in Health Care Administration, Education Specialist (Ed.S.), and Doctor of Philosophy in Education (PhD(h.c.)).

He has been married over 18 years and have three children.
