Happily married to Elsa Oxford with five children. I own and manage Oxford Law PLLC in Jefferson County Texas.

I graduated from the University of Texas in 1979 and the University of Houston College of Law in 1982. Practicing law since 1982 in the areas of personal injury, immigration and civil rights. I have successfully argued cases before the Texas Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
