Candidate Bio

Nicholas Gluba, life-long Iowan and candidate for Iowa Governor. Raised on a cattle ranch near Williamsburg Nicholas joined the Marine Corps after high-school. Deployed to Iraq and South America Nicholas saw many different cultures and the costs of war driving him to join the libertarian party.
Nicholas is focused on a purely logical system of government that is small enough it cannot dictate the lives of citizens. Nicholas is a heavy supporter of individual rights and property rights and is planning to remove the power of eminent domain from the state, fixing the shattered education system, removing ai systems that have violated fourth amendment rights, structurally changing property tax laws in the state of Iowa, and cleaning the waterways of Iowa through the use of pre-existing infrastructure.
