Monica Alponte
Candidate Bio
From Local Advocate to Congress
Raised in a military family, Monica Alponte lived across the country before making Arizona her home 25 years ago. Her deep respect for those who serve and firsthand understanding of the costs of war fuel her commitment to a non-interventionist foreign policy prioritizing peace.
A retired business writer and former political talk show co-host, she’s a fearless civic leader, serving her community in local road safety, animal rescue, and HOA reform. Monica sees HOAs as microcosms of our broken government: overreaching, invasive, and ruling rather than serving. She’s able to connect with Arizonans of all walks of life to work across the aisle.
If privileged to serve, she will take that fire to Congress—fighting for individual rights, reining in out-of-control government, and refusing money from AIPAC and foreign lobbies. She will always vote for non-intervention, PEACE, and America First.
