Candidate Bio

Dean Hayse is a Kansas husband, father, community volunteer, and longtime technology and business professional. With more than a decade of experience helping organizations solve complex problems, improve processes, and make better use of their resources, Dean brings a practical, problem-solving approach to public service. His background in economics has also shaped his understanding of markets, incentives, taxation, and the importance of responsible stewardship of resources.

Dean believes government should be accountable to the people it serves, live within its means, protect individual rights, and stay focused on the responsibilities that actually belong to government.

Service to his community has always been important to Dean. He volunteers at his church and serves in Scouting, helping provide leadership and guidance to the next generation. He believes strong communities are built primarily through families, churches, civic organizations, and neighbors willing to serve one another.

Dean is running for office because he believes ordinary citizens should be willing to step up, ask difficult questions, and bring common sense, fiscal responsibility, and a commitment to individual liberty to government.
