I find it almost impossible to reach my Reps.
I am not one of those.
My libertarian philosophy, which is also the Constitutions’:
We have the Right to pursue Happiness,
if we do not take that Right from another.
All our Rights are a subset of that Right.
If we take a Right from another.
we risk loosing some or all our Rights, if a jury agrees.
The Constitution is designed to protect our Rights,
while giving Congress “Power” to take some of our Rights,
for the the “general welfare.”
Congress only has the “Power” to do six things:
Money, Mail, Patents, Courts, Military, and Naturalization.
It can legally use those “Powers” to take take our Rights.
Congress can also choose to NOT use there limited “Powers”
for the “general welfare,”
if they decide the “States or the People’ can do them.
All outer “Powers” go to the States or the People.
which are infinite, Congress only has six “Powers.
Any Law Congress passes that expands its “Power,”
is unconstitutional and should be ignored,
if we are willing to suffer the pain of doing that.
District Clerk Office processes and keeps records for
County District Courts (state & federal).
County Clerk, for small counties.
process and keeps all County records
including records for County District Courts.
For larger Counties, like Brazos,
they have an elected District Clerk,
who processes and keeps records for District Courts.
Brazos County Texas has the 23rd highest population in TX with 250k.
Its District Clerk has a 4yr term with a $100k salary,
with 20 employees and a $2m/yr budget.
Voting for Libertarians will not change who wins,
but it will be a Vote for Liberty.
Vote for Ls even if their experience and knowledge is lacking, like mine.
because they see things from a “You have Rights” perspective.
Libertarians recognize, even for record processing positions, like Clerk,
that the money for that service comes from Taxpayers,
which takes away their Right to send that part of their money as they choose.
So Liberians will natural look for ways to make their office more efficient,
which may mean, letting private provide that service.
I normally run for TxUs Rep because they do the most harm,
like our fiat money, $17trillion debt, unconstitutional laws,
and allowing Presidents to wage undeclared Wars.
Ninety % of all federal (Congress) laws,
and 50% of all state laws are unconstitutional.
Constitution:
Our Reps (and all Gov officials) take an
“Oath” to “Support” the Constitution.
They probably have not even read it.
Our Reps break the Supreme Law (The Constitution) constantly,
by voting for unconstitutional laws and
by letting the unconstitutional ones, that exist, stand.
Almost no one reads the Constitution, especially our Reps. .
It is not taught in pubic schools.
Our Reps (and Media) say it is too deep.
They get scholars, with their biases, to advise them.
Wrong, it is easy to read and understand the 60 page document.
It is so easy, there is a one page Summary:
BrazosLP.org > Documents/Constitution.
Solution:
Do NOT vote for Incumbents at your March Primary.
If they have an opponent, vote their opponent.
Whoever, wins in the dominant Party Primary,
Incumbent or not, will win again eight months later.
We Vote Party, not person.
By NOT voting for your Incumbent, more Liberty Candidates
will run in your Primary.
Even if it turns our they are also anti Constitution,
it takes time to learn how to use their office for Self gain.
