Christine Sloan

State: Michigan
Office Sought: Secretary of State
Election Day: November 3, 2026

Candidate Bio

Christine Sloan is running for Michigan Secretary of State to put the office back where it belongs: serving citizens, not political interests. The Secretary of State’s job is not to be a partisan activist, a social media influencer, or a stepping stone to higher office. It is to administer elections fairly, maintain accurate voter rolls, protect voter privacy, and provide efficient services to Michigan residents. As Secretary of State, Christine will focus on: • Maintaining clean and accurate voter rolls while complying with state and federal law. • Expanding transparency so voters can independently verify how elections are conducted. • Protecting the privacy of Michigan citizens by limiting unnecessary collection and sharing of personal information. • Modernizing services without creating new barriers, fees, or bureaucracy. • Ensuring every qualified voter can cast a ballot—and that every lawful ballot is counted. • Treating all political parties and candidates fairly, including independent and minor-party candidates too often shut out by the political establishment. • Returning the office to its core mission of customer service, efficiency, and accountability. Michigan deserves a Secretary of State who sees government as a service provider, not a political platform. Christine Sloan will defend election integrity, protect individual liberty, and make government work for the people who pay for it.
