The Libertarian Party 2016 presidential and vice presidential nominees Gary Johnson and Bill Weld are on the ballot in 38 states, as the states of New Jersey and Washington confirmed that the petitions submitted were successful.
The Libertarian Party remains on track to be on the ballot in all 50 states plus DC.
