Notice of Executive Committee Meeting September 6, 2023 at 8:00pm Eastern

The Executive Committee will be meeting on September 6, 2023, at 8:00pm Eastern. The following items of business were noticed:

1. Approval of 8/3/23 Executive Committee minutes.
2. Consideration of authorization to provide a defense to our recognized Michigan affiliate and/or its current officers, as well potentially entering as a party, in the case of Comerica v. Libertarian Party of Michigan Executive Committee et al.
3. Consideration of a ballot access encumbrance for efforts in Maine with the Ballot Access Committee to provide recommendations for amount and terms.
4. Approval for plan for poitical strategy requiring confidentiality. If approved, details will be released to membership upon execution.

Advance registration is required at least one hour prior to the meeting.
