The LNC Executive Committee is holding an e-meeting on March 8, 2023, at 9:00pm Eastern. Advance registration is required here. You must register at least one hour in advance. The topics to be discussed include authorizing to spend up to 10,000 to retain an attorney to assist in legal matters in Michigan, New Mexico and/or Massachusetts and to authorize the chair to file a trademark claim complaint regarding Michigan with an entity to be specified in executive session.. (This will likely be amended at the meeting.). The majority of this meeting will take place in Executive Session. Any motions will take place in public session.
