The Libertarian Party 2020 presidential ticket of Jo Jorgensen and Jeremy “Spike” Cohen is certified to appear the ballot in 45 states plus DC. The remaining states are Iowa, Minnesota, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Virginia.
Petitions have been submitted to the state election offices in Iowa, Minnesota, New Hampshire, and Virginia, where they are either validating signatures or waiting for the end of the challenge period.
Rhode Island’s petitions are due September 4.
There is a very good chance the presidential ticket will appear on all 50 state ballots plus DC. The Libertarian Party presidential ticket appeared on all 50 ballots plus DC in 1980, 1992, 1996, and 2016.
