Two New Mexico newspapers, the Los Alamos Daily Post and the Farmington Daily Times, recently ran articles on the creation of new county affiliates for the New Mexico LP.
For the first time in party history, the New Mexico LP is recognized as a major party, and will nominate partisan 2018 candidates in primary elections, rather than by convention.
