Dear Libertarian,
A few years ago, the Libertarian Party began work to purchase a headquarters.
Rent in the DC area is extremely high and purchasing a headquarters was sure to save valuable resources and build equity.
In 2014, the Libertarian Party purchased a modest but nice 3-story building in Alexandria, VA, on the outskirts of Washington, DC.
The Party named the building in honor of our founder, David F. Nolan.
We have paid off more than 60% of the building! Many thanks to the donors who have made that possible!
As of right now, we still owe approximately $328,000.
Paying off the mortgage is a key goal for the Libertarian Party at this time and we appreciate your consideration and support.
