The Richmond Times-Dispatch notes that Democrats and Republicans “tilted” elections in their own favor by requiring their candidates appear in the #1 and #2 slots on the Virginia state ballot.
But Libertarian Robert Sarvis for U.S. Senate has filed suit to correct that.
