Several North Dakota outlets have published this April 12 AP story:
The Libertarian Party will have its own column on North Dakota’s June primary ballot.
Secretary of State Al Jaeger on Monday approved petitions from Libertarian backers asking for a separate column on the ballot. Jaeger says the petitions had more than the 7,000 signatures that state law requires.
Before last Friday’s filing deadline, Libertarian candidates filed to run for the U.S. Senate, state tax commissioner and three seats in the North Dakota Legislature.
At present, only the Democratic and Republican parties have their own columns on North Dakota’s ballot.
