Dr. James Lark
Dr. James Lark will be delivering a keynote address at the second party congress of Liberalistene, the Norwegian Libertarian Party on Saturday, April 30.

Dr. Lark is currently the Libertarian National Committee region five representative, and was the chair of the LNC from 2000 to 2002. He is also the college campus coordinator for the national party.
