The Arkansas Libertarian Party, forced to nominate candidates earlier than any other state, selected 23 candidates for 2016 office at a convention last Saturday (10/24/15).
The LPAR nominated candidates for the US Senate, all four US House seats, ten legislative races, and eight local positions.
The state legislature passed a law requiring parties that nominate by convention to nominate its candidates by the first week of November the year prior to the election.
