The LNC will have an Executive Committee E-Meeting on March 1, 2026, immediately proceeding the LNC Special Monthly Meeting; at approximately 10:45 pm ET via Zoom. Advance registration is required at least one hour before the meeting.
Motion: approval of 2026 Convention Speakers
Motion: Move to authorize Chair Nekhaila to execute a retainer agreement with Bernebei & Kabat, a DC law firm, to take immediate civil action against former LNC Chair Angela McArdle with a $10,000 retainer and a $650/hour rate.
Motion: Move to increase budget line 8210-20 Legal Proactive by $10,000 and to authorize payment from the same budget line in the amount of $10,000 to Bernebei & Kabat for civil litigation representation.
Motion: Move to authorize Chair Nekhaila to execute a retainer agreement with The Law Office of Gary Fielder, to take immediate civil action against the New Mexico Secretary of State on behalf of and with our New Mexico affiliate with $2,500 retainer, already paid, and a $200/hour rate.
