A poll of Libertarian Party members conducted by Hammer of Truth on May 17-20 covered a variety of issues ahead of the nominating convention May 27-30.
Gov. Gary Johnson polled 44 points ahead of his nearest competitor in the race for the LP 2016 presidential nomination.
Current LNC Chair Nicholas Sarwark also appears to be the early favorite with a 40-point lead over his nearest competitor.
Approximately ten percent of respondents were reported to be delegates or alternates to the convention.
The poll website states, “It should be noted that the most accurate poll is the one that occurs on election day.”
